We are currently looking for a Senior Manager to join our team within our Technology Consulting team, which helps our clients enhance the operating effectiveness of their core systems as they adopt SAP technologies and solutions on their path of Digital transformations. Your key responsibilities As a Senior Manager, you will work with client teams and EY teams to arrive at an enterprise solution that is scalable and adaptable to ever-changing business needs. Responsibilities include: Participate in large scale SAP client engagements. Deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Provide leadership, oversight, and mentorship for junior team members. Support building out the reporting & analytics practice. Assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership, and accelerators. Skills and attributes for success Effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects. A strong work ethic. To qualify for the role you must have A degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certification/s and relevant project experience. Approximately 6+ years of total experience and SAP Implementation experience in a minimum of 4-6 full life cycle projects. Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and relevant implementation experience. Strong knowledge in business processes and best practices.
