This role requires a strategic leader who combines profound SAP project management expertise with exceptional client engagement skills and a proven track record in delivering high-impact SAP projects. Key responsibilities: Strategic Project Oversight: Lead SAP implementation projects, ensuring they align with both client objectives and our firm's strategic goals . Solution Design and Execution: Direct the design and execution of SAP S/4HANA projects, incorporating digital technologies to optimize business processes. Advanced Project Management: Manage complex project lifecycles with a focus on innovation, from planning through to successful delivery . Client Relationship and Business Development: Drive business development efforts within the SAP domain, building and nurturing key client relationships to secure and grow engagements. Leadership and Talent Development: Act as a thought leader in SAP project management, mentoring a team of consultants, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence . General Responsibilities: Ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects, achieving client satisfaction and impactful business outcomes. Skills and attributes required for the role: Skills: Over 10 years of experience in SAP project management, with a significant focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale digital transformation projects within a Big 4 or similar consulting environment. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder environments. Advanced degree in Business, IT, or related fields, with SAP certifications(SAP Activate) and project management qualifications (e.g., PMP) highly preferred. Leadership experience in directing cross-functional teams and managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
