systematic, consistent and credible process in line with group policies, procedures and relevant legislation to meet business needs.Develop and implement measures to ensure data integrity and manage information security in line with legislative requirements and group policies.Analyse SAP HCM/SF data in order to identify and resolve discrepancies on time and accurately.Verify accuracy and completeness of data in SAP HCM system in order to mitigate risk to the business.Update all organisational structures onto to SAP HCM accurately in line with group policies, sign-off process and agreed service levels.Deliver complete, timely and credible reporting and record keeping in line with group policies and regulatory requirements to support and enable decision making.Build and maintain strategic relationships, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address business needs and drive implementation of relevant industry best practices.Manage human, financial and other resources in order to deliver the operating plan and achieve business objectives.Develop/Configure, System Test, Integration, Functionality Testing and UAT, Deployment, Post-go live support/Hypercare)Participate and understand all the project phases (Planning / Designing)Drive and/or participate in the requirements confirmation discussions / requirements gathering workshopsAnalyze and assess the feasibility of client requirements, impacts and gaps in the standard delivered functionalities of SAP SuccessFactorsParticipate in the accurate creation and updating of Configuration WorkbooksDocument relevant business processes and workflow approvalsConfigure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements, and participate in overall configuration managementPerform unit testing and drive and/or participate in User Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing as needed, and participate in defect management of issues identifiedConduct system walkthrough / demo to explain the current configuration functionalities of each iterationParticipate in the data conversion process (extraction-transformation-loading) as applicableAssist with cutover planning and executiondrive requirements confirmation discussions, fit-gap analysis, prototyping and system configuration, data conversion, testing and defect managementBuild working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance SAP MM promote improved finance-buyer collaboration and efficiencyAssume the role of liaison between IT and non-IT CHG employees to understand business requirements and recommend targeted IT solutions.Build professional long-term relationships with stakeholders.Investigate and understand stakeholders needs to enable delivery of a quality service.Ensure product and service knowledge and advice is technically accurate and provide stakeholders with relevant information to keep them duly informed.Ensure timeous resolution of stakeholder queries and complaints and take ownership of issues.Ensure business users maintain the minimum level of access needed to fulfil their mandate, while ensuring segregation of duties is adopted for all business processes driven through SAP.Ensure all business stakeholders are adequately (and regularly) trained and assessed for their competence to use the SAP HCM/SF Production system.Manage self and show up as a good team playerManage deliverables in own portfolio in a timely mannerIdentify and participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own developmentEnsure knowledge transfer amongst peersWork within the developed performance management framework and ensure compliance to HR employee standardsMonitor costs or expenses within approved delivery of planned work within agreed parametersIdentify repeat failures that contribute to wastageEscalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs or financial lossesEstablish and drive reporting best practice for the businessEnsure all relevant system documentation on HR processes and governance procedures as well as adhence to Clinix IT governance, cyber and network securityResearch, collate and present business intelligence to feed into management decisionsEnsure complete, timeous and accurate reporting with appropriate levels of escalation to enable effective decision makingCreating, analyzing, and validating detailed business requirements specifications.Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.Support the business process owner with defining and maintaining business processes in order to improve and understand business processes within their respective areas.Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution and provide input to functional design documents.Operational and Project engagementAlignment to PMO processes and governanceEnsure signoff from HR and IT stakeholders for all project work before it goes into production for operationsAssistance with writing of Technical and Functional specificationsMust play a business advisor to the business managersMust coordinate final testing of UAT prior to changes being approved and placed into Production.Must communication any changes made into Production or new Functionalities/ Systems introduced into business this includes communication to HR, IT and business stakeholders.
