Job Duties: Collaborate with clients to understand their SAP HCM Employee Self-Service (ESS) requirements Design and implement SAP HCM ESS solutions tailored to meet client needs Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HCM ESS functionalities Work closely with internal teams to integrate SAP HCM ESS with other HR systems Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security best practises Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for SAP HCM ESS implementations Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Proven experience working as an SAP HCM ESS Consultant Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and Employee Self-Service functionalities Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an SAP HCM ESS Consultant Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Proficiency in SAP HCM modules and Employee Self-Service functionalities Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications in SAP HCM modules Experience working in the public sector Working Conditions: This is a contract position based in Johannesburg, South Africa Full-time hours are expected, with occasional overtime may be required Travel to client sites may be necessary
