To apply specialization under minimal direction within SAP projects and technical expertise that meets customer business needs by interacting with stakeholders to define requirements and priorities. Performs systems analysis, solution design, develops, supports, and maintains SAP systems.Skills Requirements:Responsible for developing integrations between on-premise SAP S/4 HANA and cloud applications (such as ARIBA, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, etc.), other middleware.Should understand the functional design, prepare technical design, develop interfaces & mapping in SAP BTP, bug fixing, testing, documentation.Should be familiar with cloud connector setup configurations for connecting CPI to on-premise applications (like SAP ECC, Mail server, DB, etc.).Should have worked as a hands-on CPI middleware consultant as an individual contributor.Must have hands-on exposure in BTP IS - Cloud Integration, API Management (API portal, Business Hub), and Open Connectors.Using API Portal to call exposed APIs (via APIM).Should have experience in discovering standard Integration flows and defining custom Integration flows.Expertise in handling integrations using various CPI adapters: ODATA, SFTP, FTP, IDOC, RFC/BAPI, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST, AMQP, JDBC, XI Proxy Adapters.Should have experience in handling different data conversion techniques (like JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc.).Should have experience in using various CPI pallet options (Integration patterns – Message transformations, Aggregator, Enricher, Splitter, etc.).Should have experience in SAP integration technologies PI, CPI, EDI, ALE/IDOC, RFC/BAPI, and API-based integrations.Must have expertise in writing Groovy & Java scripts.Well experienced in WSDL, JSON, XML, XSD, and XSLT technologies.Must have expertise in Message Mapping techniques (including defining UDFs) and XSLT mappings.Must have knowledge in CPI exception handling, error notification techniques, data persistence, and retry mechanisms.Should have knowledge in handling security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms.Should have both CPI Development Experience and Operation Support experience.Able to transport Design Objects from non-production tenants to production tenants (using any one of the methods: Manual, CTS+, TMS).Desired Skills:SAPERPIntegrations
