£70,000 – £90,000 Baasic + Benefits + BonusBW/BI HANA Consultants/developers are sought for a major leading Consulting Partner hiring for a business unit that covers a range of information functions including BI, data management, Data Science, Big Data, analytics and Content Management. The team is one of the largest and most successful SAP BI teams in the UK delivering innovative SAP reporting solutions and enterprise BI thought leadership to our clients.The BW/BI HANA Consultants/developers will help clients navigate the changing landscape of SAP Analytics. You will help them define their individual BI and analytics roadmap. You will work with them to select, design and implement the right solution to meet their needs and future roadmap.The team is growing and requires capable functional and technical SAP BI consultants. Successful candidates will showcase technical leadership and team leadership skills. The BW/BI HANA Consultants/developers will also influence client decision making in technology choices and strategy.As a consultant dealing with SAP architecture, you will keep abreast of the latest developments in the SAP product stack and how it differs in offerings compared to other vendors. You will provide guidance to clients and internally to other resources.What you'll do in the role includes:Helping clients to define their solution and/or enterprise architectures for BI and analytics.Providing solution architecture guidance and technical delivery of SAP BI projects.Managing stakeholders, both from the client and internally, and helping clients define, classify, and prioritise their requirements and solution roadmap.Working with technical and management consultants to design solutions that leverage SAP packaged content and solutions while safeguarding clients' core requirements and competitive advantage.The suitable BW/BI HANA Consultants/developer would have core skill sets including some of the following:Experience in defining and building BI and Analytics solutions using a range of SAP toolsets and data sources (e.g. BW on HANA, BW/4HANA, ECC, S/4HANA, Embedded analytics, etc.).Knowledge of multiple SAP processes and data structures.Business Objects Enterprise toolset, including key components Web Intelligence, Lumira Discovery/Designer (or previous versions), SAP Analytics Cloud.Management of requirements gathering and design workshops with both business and technical audiences.Additional skills of interest but not essential include leading teams, knowledge of SAP Predictive analytics and non-SAP analytics/data science toolsets, awareness/experience of SAP Cloud Platform, and experience with non-SAP BI technologies (Oracle, MS Azure BI, Tableau, PowerBI, Microstrategy, Qlikview, etc.), as well as experience with SAP Data Services and/or awareness of SAP Data Hub.The salary offered to the BW/BI HANA Consultants/developers will be dependent on experience and grading in the interview process. This is a professional services consulting role, and as such, the Consultant must be fully mobile and can live anywhere in the UK but must have full rights to work in the UK without requiring work permit sponsorship.Our clients will require you to provide documentary proof, prior to joining the Company, that you are entitled to live and work in the UK.
