IntroductionWe are seeking to appoint a SAP ABAP Developer. The candidate will report into the Applications Portfolio Manager (ERP). Please note this is an office-based role.
Job Purpose: Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SAP applications.
Key Performance Areas: Design and develop SAP applications using ABAP programming language.Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Perform regular system checks to ensure optimal performance.Provide technical support and training to end-users.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP ABAP.Skills: Advanced ABAP codingBuilding CDS viewsCalling SAP APIsUsing SAP IDOCsWriting Technical Specifications for Developers to followWriting Test Specifications and executing testing against themKnowledge: SAP ABAP development & debugging tools

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S4HANA ABAP development.Experience in researching, interpreting, and applying SAP Notes.Logging and managing SAP tickets / calls.Strong knowledge of SAP systems and modules.Desirable:
SAP ABAP certification.Experience in working in with SAP S4 Extended Edition / Private Cloud / HEC)Fiori Development, SAP BTP tools (E.g.
