What will you do?Promote Sanlam Retail Mass (SRM)'s products and increase market share through sound financial advice and a high level of client service in a Branch context.Create opportunities for client optimization and cross-selling of value-added services.Be responsible for Retail Branch Sales delivery and in-branch client service and client retention.Ensure compliance, quality, and risk management.Monthly planning and reporting of sales and service activities in the Branch.Identify key internal and external stakeholders (Area Managers, Business Owners, activation sites, community forums, etc.) and determine effective engagement tactics that will contribute to building and maintaining relationships.Experience1 year experience in a sales or marketing capacity.Experience within insurance branches is an advantage.QualificationsMatric (Grade 12).RE5 advantageous.FAIS Compliant (Wealth Management) as per DOFA requirements.Knowledge, Skills and CompetenciesClient service.Sales and cross-selling tactics and strategies (client optimization).Knowledge of the Insurance landscape including regulatory requirements and guidelines for selling and providing advice would be ideal.Knowledge of insurance products would be advantageous.Persistently focused on achieving targets.Analysing information.Technologically orientated.Selling and influencing skills.Critical thinking skills.Strong communicator (verbally and in writing).Strong customer service orientation.Organising skills.Adaptable and open to learning.Why Join Us:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Ongoing training and development programs.CLICK HERE TO APPLY
