EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES Matric or Grade 12 Certificate.National Diploma/Degree Marketing or any other relevant tertiary qualification.Proven track record of 5 years sales experience in selling specialised cleaning.Positive attitude, high energy and intrinsically motivated.Excellent Network Equity in the business sectorPresentable and always confidentAbility to work under pressurePassionate about hunting and bringing new businessValid and legitimate driver's license with own reliable transportKnowledge of the area an advantageKEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS Using existing networks to acquire new and opposition customersFormulate, call and plan cycle as well as daily call reportsManage own timeMeet targets and monthly deadlinesGrow Sanitech brand in the niche specialised cleaning fieldBuild and maintain relations in order that Sanitech becomes the preferred supplierPrepare quotes with accurate costing and follow-upFormulate a project pipeline and keep it updatedHandle complaints and queriesWork closely with other departments (Operations and accounts)Must be able to communicate with staff and customers at all levelsNetwork with other companies within the Waco GroupAssisting with general branch duties from time to time
