Reporting on Technical skill level of technician and gap analysis for improved technical ability. Enhancement of triage process and first time resolution along with proactive parts recommendation ordering.Requirements:2 to 5 years' experience technical experience in SAMSUNG products and processes.2 to 5 years' experience in reporting and technical analysis.2 to 5 years' experience in process re-engineering (Six Sigma etc.)
