Enhancement of triage process and first time resolution along with proactive parts recommendation ordering.
Experience Required

2 to 5 years experience technical experience in SAMSUNG products and processes.
2 to 5 years experience in reporting and technical analysis.
2 to 5 years experience in process re-engineering (Six Sigma etc.).
