Salon Activator

We're in search of adaptable and knowledgeable African individuals to join our team as Salon Activators that lives in Khayelitsha, Langa and Gugulethu. The Salon Activator offers support to Be Beautiful Hair ensuring that the brand/products are visible at all times in their respective assigned area's/ salons. In addition, the Salon Activator needs to execute in and out of store campaigns that promote the brand and sale of our products.The Salon Activator is responsible to develop relations with salons and stylists to effectively execute visibility of the brand and product.Relationships Internal: Marketing, SalesExternal: Salons, HairstylistsResponsibilities: - Visiting salons from Monday to Saturday.- 25 - 30 Salons must be visited daily.- Introduce the brand and product as per the communication structure to the salons.- Translates local consumer insights into selling opportunities.- Seeks opportunities to increase rate of sale in salons with calls and in person meetings.- Responsible to brand the salons visited with posters or any other branding material.- Process in depth product knowledge and transfer knowledge and transfer knowledge to salons by communication.- Educate salons on how product can benefit their business professionally and financially Evaluate and share findings on market trends (customers, prices, product, promotions and creative concepts.- Evaluate and share findings on market trends (customers, prices, products and competition) in order to identify market-specific needs in terms of product, promotions and creative concepts.- Report on reporting/tracking app daily.CUSTOMERS, STORE OWNERS & MANAGERS- Seeks to understand the core consumer's motivations.- Develop and maintain relationships to promote execution excellence.- Establish and maintain working relationships with new and repeat salons.
