About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced financial leader to join our client's team as Chief Operating Officer - Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of the business, leading the financial function, and managing a high-performing team.
You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and working capital management, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. You will also provide strategic advice to the Board and CEO, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and enhance financial systems and processes to support the company's goals.
