Job Description: Job Duties: Conducting testing activities on Salesforce applications to ensure quality and functionality Creating and executing test cases, scripts, and scenarios Identifying and documenting defects and issues Collaborating with development and business teams to resolve problems Providing feedback on user experience and system performance Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Test Analyst, preferably in Salesforce environment Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools Understanding of Banking and Finance industry processes Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing Specific experience with Salesforce testing is highly desirable Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) Experience with test automation tools Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Collaborative work with cross-functional teams Potential for occasional overtime hours
