Our organization is expanding its Salesforce capabilities and is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, extensive experience in custom development, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects that transform our business processes and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications /Certifications required: Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud (desirable) Salesforce Certified Service Cloud (desirable) Certified Agile Practitioner (optional) Salesforce Accredited Financial Services Cloud (optional) Experience required: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development Proven experience in full cycle software development Extensive experience with Salesforce configurations and customizations Strong background in CRM process design and implementation Experience with integrated packages such as Adobe Sign, DocuSign, CTI, and Marketing Tools Industry specialist knowledge in Telecommunications/Financial or related fields is a plus Responsibilities of role: Development of client solutions: Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform. Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and Lightning Web Components), and declarative tools. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or other integration methods. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and provide effort estimates. Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain high standards of development practices. Manage Salesforce data including data migration and data quality initiatives. Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce best practices and industry standards. Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers on Salesforce development best practices. Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide recommendations for system improvements. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Commercial: Supporting Pre-sales during development of new business with new or existing clients Support the production of proposals & working with wider teams to present proposals. Assist in the review of proposals during the pre-sales process to ensure proposal accuracy. Working with the commercial teams to ensure a smooth handover into Delivery processes. Ability to work with engagement leadership to ensure accurate and achievable resourcing planning. General: Maintain certification in selected Salesforce products. Maintain and improve internal team skills, processes and ways of working. Help mentor and coach other colleagues. Participate in the PwC culture, practices and teams. Desirable skill sets include: Salesforce Development Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and Lightning Web Components), and Salesforce APIs. Integration Skills: Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with other systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, or middleware tools. Customization and Configuration: Strong understanding of Salesforce customization (custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, Process Builder) and configuration best practices. Data Management: Experience in data migration, data modeling, and management using tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce DX, or similar. Governance and Best Practices: Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, code coverage requirements, and deployment methodologies (e.g., CI/CD). Security: Familiarity with Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and field-level security. Role related attributes: Strong presentation and communication skills Strong aptitude; logical and analytical ability Facilitating discovery workshops Documentation of requirements Translation of client requirements into designs and solutions Management of design and requirement issues and change requests Gap analysis and capability mapping End User Training and other user adoption activities Developing project delivery roadmaps Reporting of delivery performance, risks and issues. Industry experience required: Industry specialist knowledge in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance or Wealth Management)
