Role OverviewAs the Salesforce Developer and Tech lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead the team in designing, building, and implementing customized solutions on the platform. Your expertise in Salesforce development languages and technologies, as well as your ability to lead a team, will enable you to deliver custom and/or out-of-the-box solutions that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem for Insurance.
This role will involve day-to-day management of our Salesforce technical team, both onshore and offshore. You'll oversee programmatic elements, integration, data migration, and you'll need a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, along with a basic to intermediate understanding of integrations, single sign-on, security, etc. (Mulesoft, IBM Connect, etc.). You'll coordinate design elements with a Solution Architect and Project Manager. You'll lead the development of customized components, so we're looking for candidates who can get their hands dirty and write code if necessary (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front-end web technologies).
