Our organization is expanding its Salesforce capabilities and is looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, extensive experience in custom development, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects that transform our business processes and enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications / Certifications required: Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Platform Developer ISalesforce Certified Platform Developer IISalesforce Certified Platform App BuilderSalesforce Certified Sales Cloud (desirable)Salesforce Certified Service Cloud (desirable)Salesforce Accredited Financial Services Cloud (optional)Experience required: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce developmentExperience in full-cycle software developmentExperience with Salesforce configurations and customizationsBackground in CRM process design and implementationExperience with integrated packages such as Adobe Sign, DocuSign, CTI, and Marketing ToolsResponsibilities of role: Design, develop, test, document, and deploy business solutions on the Salesforce platform.Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and Lightning Web Components), and declarative tools.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or other integration methods.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and provide effort estimates.Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain high standards of development practices.Manage Salesforce data including data migration and data quality initiatives.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Desirable skill sets include: Salesforce Development Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and Lightning Web Components), and Salesforce APIs.Integration Skills: Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with other systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, or middleware tools.Customization and Configuration: Strong understanding of Salesforce customization (custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, Process Builder) and configuration best practices.Data Management: Experience in data migration, data modeling, and management using tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce DX, or similar.Governance and Best Practices: Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, code coverage requirements, and deployment methodologies (e.g., CI/CD).Security: Familiarity with Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and field-level security.Industry experience required: Industry specialist knowledge in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance or Wealth Management)
