Our organization is expanding its Salesforce capabilities and is looking for a Salesforce
Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong
understanding of the Salesforce platform, extensive experience in custom development, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment. This role offers the opportunity to

Qualifications /
Certifications required:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud (desirable)
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud (desirable)
• Salesforce Accredited Financial Services Cloud (optional)
Experience required:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Proven experience in full-cycle software development
• Extensive experience with Salesforce configurations and customizations
• Strong background in CRM process design and implementation
• Experience with integrated packages such as Adobe Sign, DocuSign, CTI, and
• Marketing Tools
Responsibilities of role:
Development of client solutions:
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs using Apex,
Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and Lightning Web Components), and
declarative tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or other integration methods.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and provide effort estimates.
• Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain high standards of
development practices.
• Manage Salesforce data including data migration and data quality initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Commercial:
• Supporting Pre-sales during the development of new business with new or existing clients
• Support the production of proposals and work with wider teams to present proposals.
• Assist in the review of proposals during the pre-sales process to ensure proposal accuracy.
• Working with the commercial teams to ensure a smooth handover into Delivery processes.
General
? Maintain certification in selected salesforce products.
? Maintain and improve internal team skills, processes and ways of working.
? Help mentor and coach other colleagues.
? Participate in the PwC culture, practices and teams.
Desirable skill sets include:
? Salesforce Development Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Apex,
Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and Lightning Web Components), and
Salesforce APIs.
? Integration Skills: Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with other systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, or middleware tools.
? Customization and Configuration: Strong understanding of Salesforce customization
(custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, Process Builder) and configuration best practices.
? Data Management: Experience in data migration, data modeling, and management using tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce DX, or similar.
? Governance and Best Practices: Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, code coverage requirements, and deployment methodologies (e.g., CI/CD).
? Security: Familiarity with Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and field-level security.
