Job Information Position Overview: Joining us as a Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect means becoming an integral part of a team that sets the industry standard. Your role will involve developing, architecting and implementing cutting-edge Salesforce solutions for large enterprise clients while collaborating with exceptionally skilled colleagues and leaders.
The work you do will impact the lives of millions of people, and will play a key role in the modernization and digitization of the way the largest businesses in Africa engage with their customers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Architect and design custom solutions, including but not limited to Apex code, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and integrations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Embrace our delivery and quality obsession, ensuring that every solution exceeds client expectations. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation. In-depth knowledge of Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable. Proven experience in leading technical aspects of Salesforce projects. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a dynamic environment.
