Your day at NTT DATA The role of the Salesforce Solutions Architect involves analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, presenting solutions to accomplish intricate business objectives. This position offers guidance, assists in the establishment, and actively participates in technical governance processes. By actively engaging in pre-sales activities, the successful candidate will contribute to shaping a strong market presence, establishing credibility, and driving successful business outcomes.What you'll be doingKey Responsibilities:Pre-Sales:Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and challenges.Design and present compelling Salesforce solution proposals aligned with client needs.Conduct demonstrations and workshops to showcase the capabilities of the Salesforce platform.Partner with technical and business stakeholders to develop competitive and defensible pricing models.Delivery:Lead the architectural design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet client requirements.Work closely with developers and other team members to implement and configure Salesforce solutions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team throughout the delivery lifecycle.Conduct performance optimization and ensure ongoing system health and integration with existing infrastructure.Document solutions and ensure knowledge transfer to clients.Requirements:Minimum of seven years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications and integrations.Salesforce Application Architect certification.Proven capability in Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and preferably MuleSoft.Strong understanding of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, Angular and Apex scripting languages are an advantage.Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams.Strong client-facing and consulting skills.Exceptional pre-sales and go-to-market capabilities.Real world experience in various software orientated delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM).The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with source control platforms, including proficiency in GIT and Azure DevOps Repositories. Additionally, a strong background in DevOps practices and tools is essential for this role.
