About the job SalesForce Programme ManagerContract positionMinimum of +8 years experienceExperience in implementing SalesForce Implementations not negotiableWill need experience in Change Management projectsA bonus if there is Learning Development initiatives as part of this, but not essentialPM will need to pull together all the smaller sub projects as part of this programme and give a consolidated view to the Exec responsible for this programmeResponsibilities:Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organizationDeveloping new programs to support the strategic direction of the organizationCreating and managing long-term goalsDeveloping a budget and operating plan for the programDeveloping an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvementWriting program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilitiesEnsuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performanceImplementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achievedMeeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on servicesProducing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycleWorking on strategy with the marketing team
