Minimum Requirements• Grade 12 / Standard 10
• Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
• RE 5 Certificate
• Fully FAIS Accredited (150 Credits)
• 2 years' experience in a management role.

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to• Achieving set KPI's set out by business.
• Reporting on performance daily/monthly to the Line Manager
• Data analysis, identifying and presenting viable solutions.
• Mentor and train sales advisors
• Creating strategic sales plans and implementation.
