One of the largest FMCG Organizations seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to oversee and guide their sales team, ensuring that individual and team goals align with business objectives. You'll set targets, provide consistent feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, set, and manage team and individual targets to meet or exceed growth, profit, and quality objectives. Oversee volume, profit, market execution, customer service, and quality metrics, ensuring all are met in compliance with policies. Formulate and control trade investments to maximize profitability and minimize waste. Conduct monthly reviews of team expenses and investments, implementing corrective actions when needed. Manage and maintain company assets, including vehicles, equipment, and trade tools, ensuring adherence to safety and policy standards. Lead the team in goal-setting, performance tracking, and career development discussions, supporting each member's growth. Ensure team members understand and follow policies related to sales, credit, and order-taking processes. Work closely with the merchandising and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Requirements: 3 years of sales experience within the FMCG sector (management experience is advantageous). A completed 3-year degree/diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Solid knowledge of sales principles, market execution standards, and distribution systems. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
