Commission: Yes Responsibilities: Monthly performance management of all sales agents ensuring timely completion of probation contracts and KPIs. Providing daily/weekly/monthly training coaching and development for all employees. Efficient management of all hardware and security. Generating internal and external reports effectively. Ensuring efficient dialler reporting. Effective management of communication channels between staff and management. Handling all Human Resourcesrelated employee functions for team management. Quality monitoring and control using company tools ensuring team leaders comply with weekly QC for their teams. Compiling statistics for daily/weekly/monthly meetings with the team of managers. Identifying and resolving problem areas in alignment with business processes (Problemsolving skills). Managing internal and external communication. Managing general admin tasks at an individual level. Meeting all deadlines (timely submission of reports/administrative tasks/HR duties). Implementing creative planning and theme days for agent relationship enhancement. Timely followup on all payments. Daily/weekly/monthly tracking and updating of statistics. RequirementsQualifications: Matric Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Solid analytical abilities. Proficiency in credit reporting. Familiarity with credit reporting agencies and their operations. Sales and customer service experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and telephony systems. Understanding of industry regulations and best practices in credit repair.
