Sales Team Leader (Home Loans)

Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged candidates. Location: East Rand, Gauteng A reputable financial services concern has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Team Leader – Home Loans.
Position Overview: The successful candidate will join the Home Loan Sales team and work toward the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets as well as coaching and mentoring Sales Consultants.
The successful candidate will assist Consultants with deal structuring, marketing ideas, and corresponding with stakeholders involved.
One will also be required to conduct presentations and maintain tracking of lead generation.
The Sales Team Leader will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
