These tasks include assisting with managing the sales pipeline and updating the CRM system with relevant information, preparing contracts and reports, coordinating appointments, meetings, events, communicating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of data information, resolution of issues, providing administrative support and handling general inquiries.
Acting as a liaison between various branches of the company and customers.
Providing feedback to management.Duties IncludePreparing sales reports, analysing sales data, and generating sales forecasts or performance reports for the sales management team, Identifying trends, patterns.Extracting data needed by managementResponding to data-related queries and analysing data to identify trendsProducing reports and charts, communicating trends, presenting information generated from dataDevelop monthly sales reports, verify sales targets are met and report any deviations, assisting the sales management team with tasks.Suggest process improvements or automation initiatives to streamline sales operationsProvide feedback and recommendations to sales and management teams based on analysis and observationsProduce reports based on the sales of employees in the sales departmentRead and evaluates sales reportsShould you wish to apply please email your CV through to Marlene Williams at ****** .Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
