Your role and responsibilitiesCustomer support (Commercial & Technical), Sales team support (Commercial & Technical), Bid evaluation (commercial and technical) and proposal preparation
Market analysis (Pricing & support in strategy to win)
Source pricing from correct suppliers (local and global)
Source technical support where needed from feeder factories
Evaluating supplier bids, final bid preparation, eventually have sound technical knowledge to be able to support customers
Offering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/sales engineers with regard to ABB secondary switchgear products/systems/ applications
Providing technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations
Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs and proposing technical solutions for secondary switchgear enquiries
Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on Secondary Switchgear products
Training offers product/solution/servicerelated training
Qualifications for the roleDiploma in Electrical Engineering Electrical networking & distribution networking background.Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant fieldDealing with customers & suppliers. Microsoft package experiencePreference will be given to EE candidates.
