Role and Responsibilities: As a Technical Sales Support Officer, your key duties will include: Sales Administration: Assist the sales team with order processing, documentation, quotations, and sales reports.
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and follow up on quotes and orders.
Technical Support: Assist in preparing technical proposals and learning key details about our product range to support the sales process.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, tracking interactions and order history.
Team Coordination: Liaise with internal departments (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure smooth processing and fulfillment of orders.
Sales Reporting: Compile regular sales reports and assist in market research to help identify sales trends and opportunities.
Key Competencies: The ideal candidate will possess the following: Experience in Sales Support: Previous experience, at least 5 years, in a technical or industrial environment is highly preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with both customers and internal teams, offering clear, concise, and timely communication.
Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with technical products, and the ability to quickly learn about our heavy equipment product range.
Customer-Focused: A proactive approach to customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt support and problem-solving.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
Qualifications: Any related qualification will be considered ti your advantage.
