About the Role: Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team and help drive our growth in the beauty and packaging sectors. They are a leading company in the cosmetics industry, focused on delivering high-quality products and innovative packaging solutions. Location: Remote, South Africa to service EST hours. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the cosmetics industry. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to tailor solutions to client needs. Provide expertise on cosmetic packaging solutions to enhance client offerings. Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the cosmetics industry. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A passion for beauty and cosmetic products, with a deep understanding of market trends. Bonus Experience: Experience in cosmetics packaging or packaging-related sales. Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
