SUMMARY OF THE ROLESupport the Sales manager in promoting and selling Performance Coatings products to new/existing customers by developing strong customer relationships and utilising Jotun sales tools and techniques to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO, and increase Jotun market share and profitability.
Responsibilities:Support the Sales manager to achieve sales targets by managing relationships with customers and pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.Develop customer account plans for all assigned customers by identifying relevant customer needs and maintaining high customer satisfaction.Monitor the progress of projects, deliveries, or accounts closely with customers and contractors, resolving problems and ensuring project completion.Promote products and services to owners and consultants through regular visits and product presentations, creating sales opportunities for the company.Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories to ensure Jotun products are used to achieve the sales budget.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFERWhat we are looking for:Grade 124-6 years of relevant experience in a similar positionAdvanced PC Literacy skillsAbility to communicate on all levelsGood command of verbal and written English and AfrikaansThe ideal candidate will:Build a useful network of contacts and relationships.Demonstrate specialist knowledge and expertise in own area.Communicate in a clear, precise and structured way.Adhere to company rules and procedures; execute plans with commitment.Use a methodical and systematic approach; plan ahead and define clear priorities.Co-operate well with others and support team goals.What we offer:Competitive compensation and benefits.Continuous learning opportunities and training activities.Career development opportunities across multiple disciplines.Leaders who focus on engaging and enabling their team.A supportive and inclusive company culture.POSITION INFORMATIONCompany: Jotun Paints South Africa (Pty) Ltd.
