Employment Solution Management is seeking motivated individuals on behalf of leading Fibre Network Providers that are interested in kickstarting a rewarding career in the Fibre Sales industry.
About the Position: Successful candidates will be responsible for selling high-speed fibre-optic internet services to residential and commercial customers. Their primary role will be to promote and close sales while providing excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities: Pro-actively canvas for new sales of the Fibre to the Home product suite to new clients by executing the sales strategy within predetermined coverage areas. Achieve targets net of churn as well as campaign outcomes / target consistently as set out by Management. Establish, maintain, expand, and take ownership of customer relationships. Take ownership, plan, and carry out relevant sales processes. Ensure 'lead management system' (Solid) is updated and maintained accurately and timeously with all relevant information e.g., address, sales status, technical and debtors contacts. Schedule client meetings where and when required. Attend door-to-door sales activities, Street Activations, Mall Activations, and any other forms of activations as directed by management. Actively promote FTTH and associated products on social media platforms. Collect, collate, and report on all sales activities and outcomes daily, including location, interactions, leads quotes and sales attained per network operator. Ensure that you have enough sales collateral to meet your sales objectives. Maintain all marketing equipment allocated in good working order and report any damages or wear and tear on the equipment to your manager or team lead. Provide feedback to your manager or team lead on locations best suited to activations and consumer marketing opportunities. Utilise services of Sales Specialists or Product Managers to complement your skills when required. Abide by any specific campaign or promotional requirements as directed. Ensure regular customer feedback continually and throughout all pre and post sales processes in a professional manner. Attend product training sessions in line with HYPA Requirements to develop relevant knowledge and skills. Continuously raise own competency levels. Foster an atmosphere of self-study regarding trends in the telecommunications market. Provide feedback to Management on skill and knowledge requirements. Requirements: South African citizenship. Currently Unemployed. Between the ages of 18-28. Qualification not higher than NQF Level 4. Attended a Quintile 1, 2, 3 school or recipient of a Child Support Grant.
