Employment Solution Management is seeking motivated individuals on behalf of leading Fibre Network Providers that are interested in kickstarting a rewarding career in the Fibre Sales industry.
About the Position: Successful candidates will be responsible for selling high-speed fibre-optic internet services to residential and commercial customers. Their primary role will be to promote and close sales while providing excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities: Pro-actively canvas for new sales of the Fibre to the Home product suite to new clients by executing the sales strategy within predetermined coverage areasAchieve targets net of churn as well as campaign outcomes/target consistently as set out by ManagementEstablish, maintain, expand, and take ownership of customer relationshipsTake ownership, plan and carry out relevant sales processesEnsure 'lead management system' (Solid) is updated and maintained accurately and timeously with all relevant information e.g., address, sales status, technical and debtors contactsSchedule client meetings where and when requiredAttend door-to-door sales activities, Street Activations, Mall Activations, and any other forms of activations as directed by managementActively promote FTTH and associated products on social media platformsCollect, collate, and report on all sales activities and outcomes daily, including location, interactions, leads quotes, and sales attained per network operatorEnsure that you have enough sales collateral to meet your sales objectivesMaintain all marketing equipment allocated in good working order and report any damages or wear and tear immediatelyProvide feedback to your manager or team lead on locations best suited to activations and consumer marketing opportunitiesUtilise services of Sales Specialists or Product Managers to complement your skills when requiredAbide by any specific campaign or promotional requirements as directedEnsure regular customer feedback throughout all pre and post sales processes in a professional mannerAttend product training sessions in line with HYPA Requirements to develop relevant knowledge and skillsContinuously raise own competency levelsFoster an atmosphere of self-study with regards to trends in the telecommunications marketProvide feedback to Management on skill and knowledge requirementsRequirements: South African citizenshipCurrently UnemployedBetween the ages of 18-34Qualification not higher than NQF Level 4Attended a Quintile 1, 2, 3 school or Recipient of a Child Support GrantBenefits: Fixed Salary with a commission structureOn-the-job training on an Industry-recognised qualificationHow to Apply: Submit your application through Simplify.HR
