DESCRIPTION / SYNOPSIS: Exciting Sales Representative available with a reputable company in the oil lubricants industry, based in the Vaal area, Johannesburg. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to promote and sell a specialized range of lubricant products to clients in the mining, manufacturing, and related industries. This role is perfect for a technically competent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: At least five years of proven sales experience in the oil/greases/lubricants industries In-depth knowledge of oils and lubricants Strong technical competence with the ability to provide product support and assistance Understanding of technical drawings will be an added advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as required RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the mining, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction levels remain high. Offer expert product information and technical support, addressing customer queries and providing solutions as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline customer service processes, ensuring efficient order handling and prompt deliveries. Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor actions to spot emerging opportunities and potential challenges.
