Sales Representative Rustenburg

IntroductionReporting to the Branch Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to support and assist the growth of the Rental Business by growing the Rental Fleet to Budgeted levels and keeping Utilisation levels above 80% at all times. Focus areas will be growing revenue in the mining and construction sector in Rustenburg.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain customer relations – call on new and opposition customersFocus on growing the mining and construction sectors in RustenburgIdentifying customer requirements and meeting/exceeding their needs - Maximizing mainly rentals (and sales where warranted) by championing excellence in customer service.Meet targets and monthly deadlinesAchieving goals in line with the company visionGrow the brand - Build and maintain relations in order that the company becomes the preferred supplierMaintain continuous improvement attitudeHandling of complaints and queries within 24 hoursAchieve monthly rentals (and sales) targetsMaintain and build relations with key accounts customersConfirming operations (deliveries, collections, swops, service and relocations) with ops dailyEnsure all rental & sale quotes are correctCompile daily, weekly and monthly rentals and sales reportsAll documentation for rental & sales packs must be compiled correctly and accuratelyDesired Experience & QualificationMatricOwn vehicle and driver's licenseProven sales experience in the construction | mining sector requiredPositive attitude, high energy and motivational levelsGreat team player, good personal, interpersonal and communication skillsPackage & Remuneration
