Sales Representative (Retail)

Responsibilities:Manage a team of Rica Agents and ensure that all targets are met across KwaZulu Natal.Experience with Vodacom M2 and C3D.Retain existing business by building positive relationships with key personnel and providing excellent service.Ensure that positive relationships are built with the customer base at all levels.Provide accurate feedback to customers.Ensure that customers receive professional, accurate quotations within 48 hours of the request.Provide feedback to customers via telephone and e-mail.Pay attention to detail on all admin tasks.Demonstrate great relationship-building skills and be deadline-driven.Able to perform well under pressure.Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately.Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.Ensure feedback is sent to head office timeously and accurately, including reports.Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.Gather market and customer information.Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.Requirements:Must have own car and valid driver's license.Responsible, trustworthy, and honest.No criminal record.Minimum of 2-3 years experience.Analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
