Job Objective: The successful salesperson will be in charge of managing a company's relationships with its customers.
They are in charge of developing new market, new customers, building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company.
The goal is to keep clients or accounts as long as possible.
The successful incumbent will be in charge of finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof.
Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Establishing new business and promotion of Renewable Energy.Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings.Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.Liaise between the customer and internal teams.Job Requirements: Grade 12.Must have drivers license and own vehicle.Need to work from the office atleast 1 day a week, as well as during training sessions.Expectation to be on the road seeing existing clients on the days not in the office.Must be a hunter for new business, existing database will be beneficial.Minimum 2 years solar experienceProven track record.
