They are based in Randburg and looking for candidates to fill the Sales Representative position.Requirements:Males or Females between the ages of 25 to 45 years oldLiving in Randburg or Surrounding AreasOwn Reliable and Insured VehicleThe person will be on the road 80% of the time and will attend meetings at the officeDesired Experience & QualificationQualifications:Grade 12Sales and Marketing ExperienceKnowledge of essential oils will be an advantageExperience Required:5 years Sales Experience within a target-driven environmentExperience in the manufacturing field will be an advantageKnowledge Required:Market KnowledgeMarket ResearchComputer Knowledge - MS Office and Sage Pastel EvolutionBuilding customer relationshipsSkills Required:Strong Negotiation SkillsStrong People SkillsCommunication SkillsExcellent Motivational SkillsExcellent Organisational SkillsPlanning in order to achieve the following:Daily and Monthly sales planningNegotiationDrive the Sales ProcessCustomer VisitsDaily Sales Call ReportsDaily or Weekly Sales MeetingsPackage & RemunerationBasic Salary: R 20 000 Plus BenefitsBenefits: 50% Discovery Medical Aid, Life & Funeral Policy, Provident FundFuel claims will be paid once a week (non-taxable)Commission based on targets
