The PSSR will liaise with customers and prospects, building and maintaining relationships with both physical and tele calls.
The PSSR will typically manage multiple sales segments responsible for delivering sales revenue targets for Tractors, Farm Implements, Parts, and services in line with their assigned customers.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities: Proactively build quality customer relationships.
Deliver sales targets through the sale of tractors, implements, parts and service.
Develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with the customers by conducting a proper needs analysis and providing consistent, accurate and timely solutions advice based on customer needs.
Maintain a minimum of 25 PARS and 25 calls per week to promote, develop and qualify leads and sells.
Maintain an accurate account database and tractor population information.
Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with customers.
Follow up on sales orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
Analyse market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage sales reports and customer database to track sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, Good analytical and Microsoft office proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Articulate and able to communicate well in both written and oral, Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction, Ability to operate a vehicle, Self-starter who can work within a team environment, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Agri, Engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the spare parts and tractor industry.
Good knowledge of spare parts and tractor products and their technical specifications.
