Sales Representative Off Trade: Eastern Cape

Edward Snell & Co. are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the Eastern Cape Province.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Will be operating in the Eastern Cape Off Trade marketCall on On-Consumption customers as per agreed calling schedulesAchieve brand availability targets as per the Company standardsDesign, implement and manage promotions, tastings, and eventsA commitment to customer service and seeking opportunitiesManage On Consumption channels as set out in the brand prioritizationQUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Matric with 3 years' experienceDiploma/NQF level 6 in Sales or MarketingMinimum of 2 years' sales related experience within an FMCG environment is essentialLiquor industry experience requiredMust have a soundtrack record within the sales industryMust have a valid code 8 driver's licenceSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Able to communicate fluently in EnglishMust be self-motivated and results drivenMust be a strong team playerMust have excellent negotiating skillsDisplays the Snell leadership behaviours (Be resilient, Take ownership, Communicate effectively, Lead change, Solve problems and Drive Results)
