As a Sales Representative at Johnson & Johnson, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative healthcare products, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional customer service.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have : • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and boost revenue growth.
• Foster and nurture connections with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and relevant individuals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to customers, ensuring they fully understand the benefits and value of our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to successfully implement sales initiatives and resolve customer issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
We would love to hear from YOU, if you have: Education: • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business or healthcare, or equivalent experience.
Experience and Skills: Required: • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with customers.
• Strong ability to negotiate and persuade effectively, with the skill to influence important individuals.
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred: • Experience in medical device sales.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and understanding of medical terminology.
• Experience in conducting product demonstrations and delivering compelling presentations.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
• Valid driver's license.
Other: • Proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus.
• Travel requirement: Up to 20% within the national territory.
• Relevant certifications in sales or healthcare are preferred.
• No specific union language required.
• Valid driver's license is required for this role.
