Sales Representative: Informal Trade – Johannesburg

Edward Snell & Co. are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the Gauteng Province.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWill be operating in the Gauteng Informal Trade region.Call on On-Consumption customers as per agreed calling schedules.Achieve brand availability targets as per the Company standards.Design, implement and manage promotions, tastings, and events.A commitment to customer service and seeking opportunities.Manage On Consumption channels as set out in the brand prioritization.QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMatric with (3 years' experience).Diploma/NQF level 6 in Sales or Marketing.Minimum of 2 years' sales related experience within an FMCG environment is essential.Must have a soundtrack record within the sales industry.Must have a valid code 8 driver's licence.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESAble to communicate fluently in English.Must be self-motivated and results driven.Must be a strong team player.Must have excellent negotiating skills.Displays the Snell leadership behaviours (Be resilient, Take ownership, Communicate effectively, Lead change, Solve problems and Drive Results).
