Sales Representative: Informal Market (KZN)Edward Snell & Co. are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the KZN area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual volume targets as measured through the IRD.Identify volume opportunities within the informal market.Manage in-store support as set out in the VMAPP structure.Manage relationships with Tavern, Counter Service and IRD customers and internal stakeholders.Call in the Informal Market customer base, as per agreed calling schedule.Maintenance of customer master data to ensure all information is complete and accurate.Ensure promotional objectives are executed as per the visual VMAPPS.A commitment to customer service and seeking opportunities.QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Matric with a minimum of 3 years' experience.Diploma/NQF level 6 in Sales or Marketing.Minimum of 3 years' sales-related experience within an FMCG environment is essential.Liquor industry experience preferable.Must have a sound track record within the sales industry.Must have a valid code 8 driver's license.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Able to communicate fluently in English.Must be self-motivated and results-driven.Must be a strong team player.Must have excellent negotiating skills.Focused goal-driven individual.Have a positive attitude towards work.Willing to work overtime when required.
