Sales Representative

Our client, a leading company in the Electronic Manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Hunter-Type Sales Representative to join their remote-based sales team in Gauteng (Randburg area) As a vital part of the sales team, you will be tasked with driving sales growth and meeting targets.
This remote role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who excels at closing deals and generating new business
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities ideally in the electronic manufacturing marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsCollaborate with the technical engineer on-site for support and to ensure seamless communication between clients and our technical teamDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and quotasConduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growthPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clientsManage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closureTrack sales metrics and report on performance against targetsProven experience in sales (between 5 – 10 years), preferably within the electronics or manufacturing sectorStrong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyTechnical aptitude to understand and communicate complex product informationA proactive approach with a hunter mentality towards salesPreferred Attributes: Passionate about driving success and motivated by commissions and incentives
