What you will do: Lead and manage direct and indirect sales and customer relationships to market the MWM brand, products, and services in Southern Africa.Support MWM gas genset business growth in the region, focusing on new engine sales and aftermarket service.Develop new customers in the region through direct and indirect channels, focusing on decentralized energy supply and power/heat generation.Collaborate with EPC and Engineering FEED companies to ensure early engagement of MWM on relevant projects.Support existing customers through direct and indirect channel partners.Develop MWM presence in assigned regions, including organizing and participating in industrial workshops, conferences, and trade fairs.Supervise the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with other stakeholders.Manage and support technical and commercial proposal negotiations with decision-makers.Ensure high levels of forecast accuracy for incoming orders and work closely with line management for timely product delivery.Skills you will have: Customer Focus: Knowledge of aligning customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends, major issues, and regulatory considerations.Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze situations and reach productive decisions.Effective Communications: Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and interpret ideas and information.Negotiating: Ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients.Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships.Business Development: Ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth.Value Selling: Ability to provide overall product/service value and address customer needs.What will put you forward: Completed engineering or business degree.Specialization in mechanical/industrial/electrical engineering or equivalent is an advantage.At least 4 years of experience in international sales and/or project management in industrial environments.Extensive knowledge of Industrial customers in the region, especially in Refining, Chemical, Petrochemical, and Power Generation.Fluent in spoken and written English.High level of initiative, open-mindedness, and intercultural competence.Professional appearance and ability to represent the company at high levels.Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time).Additional Information: Travel requirements: 40% within Southern Africa Region. Not open to ISE/Expat package. No relocation will be offered.
