We're looking for a sales rep to join our team and help us sell the laboratory plastic products that our customers count on. If you're great at the sales game, love building relationships, and know how to close deals, we want to hear from you! We need someone who's quick on their feet, with solid negotiation skills and a knack for showing off our products in the best light. This role will be working from home - the company will set up a home office for you with laptop, data, mobile phone, fuel card etc. This is a straight basic CTC and no commission type role What you'll do:Spread the word about our products and grow our customer base.Hit sales targets every week, month, and year by using smart sales and marketing strategies.Generate leads and build relationships by managing your daily schedule to connect with current and potential customers.Keep up with international trends and customer needs to introduce new products.What you'll be responsible for:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure top-notch service.Find new sales opportunities, set up meetings, qualify leads, and close deals across all our product lines.Know our products inside and out, conduct demos, and handle any questions or objections.Prepare clear and accurate sales reports and forecasts for the team.Meet sales goals by understanding what our customers need and following a proven sales process, including product demos and presentations.Work closely with other sales reps to make sure everyone's hitting their targets and keeping up company standards.Stay on top of scientific trends to spot new product opportunities.What you need:3+ years of sales experience in a similar field.Great communication, people skills, problem-solving, presentation, and organization.The ability to be persuasive while staying professional.A team player who's passionate about the role.Experience in selling scientific productsYour own vehicle
