By following a fair and professional process, the in-home sales consultant can sell all products and services provided by USA Insulation and represent the company professionally while preserving the customer-first service philosophy of USA Insulation.
Job Summary: To sell all products and services provided by USA Insulation. To represent the company in a professional manner and preserve the customer service philosophy of USA Insulation. Essential Functions: Understand the installation process as it pertains to the Sales role. Understand and apply the USA Insulation Sales Process (PitchBook, Sales Video, Sales Handbook, etc.). Learn all details of the USA Insulation PitchBook. Meet homeowners at pre-set appointments between the hours of 10 AM and 8 PM, allowing for frequent evening and Saturday appointments. Meet homeowners for "write-ups" to accommodate the homeowner's schedule. Write up contracts per USA Insulation specifications. Take pictures of the work to be performed per USA Insulation specifications, to be displayed with a contract for installers. Responsible for the collection of the financial down payment prior to work and the balance of payment at the completion of the job. Contact HVAC professionals and roofers as a referral source. Contact all previous customers as a referral source. Call in all scheduled dates when the job is sold. Visit homeowner and crew on the install date. Status Scope: All USA Insulation Sales Representatives will report directly to the Sales Manager. Must have a car and means to drive to all appointments. Must be able to read and write. Must be able to speak English. Qualifications: 1-3 years of previous sales experience in a related field. High school diploma or equivalent. Commitment to customer service. Self-motivated and eager to learn. Travel Requirements: More than 80%.
