JOB DSCRIPTIONSource potential clients to utilise the services of a recycling facility specialising in dismantling, repurposing and recyclingCold callingProspectingRepresent and promote the company at networking eventsIdentify and reach out to potential clients in the Eastern Cape regionPresent our E-waste recycling services to decision-makers and influencersBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyaltyCollaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaignsKeep abreast of industry trends, competitors and market conditionsAchieve sales targets and goals set by the company MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMatric (Maths will be advantageous)At least 2 years sales experience (with reputable references)Valid drivers licenseMust be computer literate (Microsoft Office)Willing to travel and work overtime COMPETENCIESAbility to communicate verbally and in writing in English and Afrikaans (an African language will be advantageous)Emotional intelligenceConfidenceProven experience in sales, preferably in the waste management or recycling industryStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachKnowledge of E-waste regulations and environmental sustainability will be beneficial
