As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and promote our recruitment services to meet their needs.
Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Present and demonstrate our recruitment services to potential clients Negotiate and close sales contracts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of projects Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions Requirements Experience in variable frequency drives, PLC's and industrial automation is a added advantage Knowledge of CRM system and process Knowledge of MS Windows/MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel Superior oral/written communication skills Knowledge of Modbus, Communication Protocols Basic knowledge of electrical requirements for VSDs Any sales qualifications or courses advantageous Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
