Promote, market and sell a basket of fibreglass compound solutions used in the South African composites market thereby creating a strong brand awareness.Retain existing customers and secure new ones on the back of professional levels of service and support.Contribute meaningfully to the development and growth of the composites industry through working with all stakeholders to promote the use of composite materials as a viable alternative option.Sales administration (forecasts, monthly reports, budgets etc)Sales planning and execution.The position will report directly to the General Manager.Actively participate in management and control of the debtors' book.Person SpecificationA strong personality who demonstrates firm leadership skills.A proven track record in sales and marketing would be an advantage.Unafraid of operating within a highly competitive market.Be able to deal with basic technical challenges associated with the industry.A self-starter able to work independently and, when required, alongside his/her sales personnel.Ability to work co-operatively amongst a team comprising supply chain management, finance and admin to ensure efficient front-to-end work flows.A close knowledge of the composites industry will be an advantage.Communication skills – written and verbal – essential.
