Sales Representative is responsible for establishing new business, maintaining existing.Main Responsibilities:?Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
?Presenting company structure, profile, and services to customers.
?Develop new business opportunities and maximising sales potential of existing customers.
?All vehicles to fill up to a minimum of 550 L/Eq per month.
?Achieve or exceed targeted monthly sales goals for targeted region.
?Promote and develop the new business sales with taxi owners, fleet operators and taxi associations.
?Sign up customer at our filling stations and all other new sites as per the budgeted schedule as requested at different sites.
?Provide leads and set up appointments with fleet operating companies and government fleet to the General Manager - Sales.
?Ethically and professionally represent the companies' products and programs to customers and prospects.
?Building and developing a client base?Maintain and develop relationships with current customers.
?Attend monthly Taxi Association meetings.
?Optimal retention of existing customers.
?Ensure taxis operate daily and meet the minimum agreed monthly volumes.
?Recover kits and associated costs from clients in the case of client defaults on agreements.
?Communicate to the taxi owners, fleet operators and taxi associations regarding the company is in no way liable for any issues with the taxi, e.g., maintenance, services, and certification.
?Brand activation weekly in various locations promoting the company.
?Promote competitions and / or rebates running.
?Distribute pamphlets promoting the company.Qualifications and Experience:?Sales and Marketing Diploma with a minimum of 2-years taxi and fleet experience.
?Valid driver's license.
?Own vehicle.
?Experience selling business to business.
?Experience in the transport fuel sales or related industry is preferred.
?Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, Office, Power Point)?Has a good understanding of Business etiquette.
?The fleet management industry is rapidly changing, candidates must be comfortable with a fast paced, opportunity filled work environment.
?Must have a track record of business development.
?Must be comfortable with communicating and building rapport with a diverse group of people
